A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

He has spent his entire career in investment, both on the stock market, as an analyst and equity fund manager and in the private sector, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He has been with the ORLEN Group since 2019 as a Manager in the Capital Investments Division, and has served as Investment Director at ORLEN VC since 2022. He has led dozens of transactions of various types, sits on the supervisory boards of several portfolio companies, and advises numerous start-ups. At ORLEN VC, he is responsible for managing investment and divestment processes and overseeing the fund’s transaction activities.

An investment manager with over a decade’s experience in the capital markets, combining analytical skills with an interest in new technologies. Currently, at ORLEN VC, he is responsible for deal sourcing, evaluating start-ups, managing transactions and overseeing portfolio companies. He seeks out innovative technology companies that support ORLEN’s operations, particularly in energy, electromobility, IoT, cybersecurity and retail.

Before joining ORLEN VC, he held managerial positions at financial and capital market institutions, including in banking (Credit Agricole Bank Polska), investment fund management companies (EQUES Investment TFI) and serving on the management boards of brokerage houses (Prosper Capital Dom Maklerski, CERES Dom Inwestycyjny, Everest Investment Management). He combines financial and investment experience with practical knowledge of building and developing innovative technology ventures. He holds a securities broker’s licence.
 

A legal adviser registered with the Warsaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers. From the outset, he has focused his professional career on innovation and new technologies, gaining experience in three complementary roles — as a legal adviser to start-ups and large organisations, a member of the management team at a technology company, and a member of investment teams at VC and CVC funds. He has pursued a career in venture capital within both financial and corporate funds. He currently serves as an Investment Manager, with substantive responsibility for investment processes, and holds positions on the supervisory bodies of ORLEN VC portfolio companies OXCCU and Apeiron Synthesis.

A graduate of the Faculty of New Technologies and Chemistry at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

He began his professional career at the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology, where, as a project manager, he led research into the photoelectrochemical decomposition of water for hydrogen production, publishing the results in three articles in renowned scientific journals. He began his career in venture capital at the ASI Valuetech Seed fund, which focuses on investments in start-ups in the industrial solutions sector. Since 2022, he has been with ORLEN VC, where he is responsible for the CleanTech sector and serves on the supervisory boards of the portfolio companies ReVentas and Shippeo.

She has been involved in the venture capital market since 2020. She is responsible for the company’s administrative and organisational matters, supporting the implementation of corporate processes and the day-to-day running of the fund. She brings extensive experience in operational management, team coordination and cooperation with corporate bodies.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and the Faculty of Journalism, Information and Library Science at the University of Warsaw, as well as the Faculty of Security, Logistics and Management at the Military University of Technology. She has also completed an Executive MBA. She combines expertise in management, economics, administration and communication to support the organisation’s development and the achievement of its strategic and investment objectives.
 

A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Łódź University of Technology and the Faculty of Financial Management at the University of Warsaw. He holds a Securities Broker’s Licence, has successfully completed all levels of the CFA Program, and holds an MBA from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the University of Minnesota.

His professional career has focused on company valuations, carried out at financial institutions including the Capital Operations Centre of Bank Handlowy and CAIB Asset Management. In recent years, he has held positions on the supervisory boards of several listed companies. Since 2021, he has been involved in the venture capital sector, having joined PGNiG VC. He has been employed at ORLEN VC since 2023.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. More than eight years of experience in financial controlling, including roles in banks and financial institutions (ING Bank) and service providers (TNS Group), and since 2018 he has been involved in the venture capital sector: initially through work at institutions supporting the local VC ecosystem under the Fund of Funds model (PFR Group), and since 2020 in Corporate Venture Capital funds as an Investment Analyst at PGNiG Ventures, and later at Orlen VC.
