An experienced manager venture capital investor and expert in corporate finance, with over 30 years’ experience in building corporate value, corporate governance and innovation development. He currently serves as President of the Management Board and Managing Partner of ORLEN VC, one of the leading corporate venture capital funds in Central and Eastern Europe. 

Before taking up his current role, he spent over eight years helping to shape the regional start-up ecosystem as General Partner and Chairman of Invento VC, focusing on investments in early-stage companies. Throughout his career, he has held key managerial and financial positions in Poland’s largest companies, including as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at PGNiG S.A., Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at PTK Centertel (Orange Polska), Investment Partner at MCI Capital, and Chairman of the Management Board at Wirtualna Polska. 

Combining extensive corporate experience with his practice as a venture capital investor, he specialises in strategic management, corporate finance, corporate governance, and supporting the development and scaling of innovative technology companies.
